BN-14 made this box a 10-31

Eng-35 while returning home came across a minor accident on the 3rd Ave bridge,they made it a 10-91 (PD & Tow on the scene)

At the same time Manhattan BOX 8372was out for an accident on the N/B Harlem River Dr. at the ramp to the Willis Ave. bridge

BN-16 reported using E-69,L-28
