NYPD is reporting FDNY units are working on removing a victim from the car.

I posted about this job on the Bronx site

BOX 8372was out for an accident on the N/B Harlem River Dr. at the ramp to the Willis Ave. bridge

BN-16 reported using E-69,L-28
