Betcha a dollar it's National Park Service (perhaps out of Jacob Riis Park).  They've got a couple of handsome brush rigs here in SE Virginia for the Colonial National Park.

NPS E94 is based out of Fort Wadsworth, Staten Island and NPS E93 is based out of Sandy Hook, NJ.  And raybrag you are correct, it is the National Park Service - Gateway National Recreation Area.

Just curious.  I've stayed at Fort Wadsworth a lot over the years and was wondering where they store E-94.  Closest thing I've seen to a fire house is near the McLean Ave entrance.

E94 is usually parked behind Building 210, the NPS administration building, but sometimes is out in the Visitor Center lot.  The park is in the process of upgrading the facility at the Great Kills Park Ranger Station to store it there, but that won't be completed for another few years.

I think I know which building you're talking about on McLean Avenue and Lily Pond Road - the one right on the corner.  The NPS was hoping to utilize that building, but no luck.
