Fire on 1st and 2nd floors of 2-story brick 20x100 mixed occupancy.  3 lines stretched, 2 operated.  Primaries/Secondaries both negative.

Two separate Extra Engines and Trucks were dispatched by accident; E273/TL152 and then E299/TL160.

Should be:

E 320, 306, 274
L 167, 144
B 52

10-75

E 299
L 129 FAST
S 288
R 4
B 53
D 14

Extra E and T   E 273 and TL 152

However with 320 at 274, 306 probably got in first.

When somebody gets a chance  listen to the tape....After one of the 14 s reports you will hear the queens dispatcher say  OH REALLY.... Approx 30 seconds later the dispatcher requested the 14 to call the queens c o..    The Queens dispatcher DID NOT send in 2x engines and trucks....
It is in regards to 299 & 160 s response to this box ...

299 & 160 were supposed to be going to a box on 200 St & 23 Ave but wound up at the Fire on 200 St & 32 Ave ....299 was released but 160 was put to work on 32 Ave i do not know what their ticket actually read....... when the IC asked for a salvage Truck the Disp said can you use 160 ?....... the IC said no they are already working here the Disp asked 299 if they had gotten to 23 Ave they said no....very strange.

Yes Chief that is the way it went down.....299 & 160 were assigned to a 4700 number box for 200 03  23 Ave.   I believe it was probably for the same job since out was the same address except the ave was reversed..........I never did hear the report from 299 after they did get to 23 Ave

320 gave the 10-75 so i think they got in 1st.

E-320 2nd due on the ticket, but arrived 1st due and transmitted 10-75 for heavy smoke coming from 2nd floor windows.  BN52 gave All-Hands a minute later, and then requested an Extra Engine and Truck when the roll-down on first floor was opened and there was fire on the first floor.  E-274 knocked down the fire on the first floor with the second line immediately.
