10-14 is out, that was used when we had 5 man manning and 4 man manning in Engines, if any of the eninges on the initial 2 & 2 were 4 man and acknowledged 10-14 then another engine was sent to make 3 & 2. Now with all engines having 4 men the 10-14 is gone and all phone alarms for structure fires get 3 engines. if understaffed an engine can be sent as an additional engine but not 10-14. E-26 short staffed meant they had 3 firefighters or less on rig.

21's could have been the 2nd due truck on the box. Not sure where 34 Engine was.
