It was a van that ran into the building and it was his second accident on 5 minutes...The van first hit a car at a previous box 4665, Woodhaven Blvd and Union Tpke.......After he hit a car and ran he was involved in this incident at Myrtle & 82......E 286 & TL 135 were available from the first box, 4665 and ended up first due at 5144
