I heard that there was a High-Rise job up at Richman Plaza and some first and second alarm units like E-42, 43, 92, L-49, 44 & 59 were working there. I noticed L-42 on the box, who were they relocated to?

Many of the 1st Alarm units were at Richmond Plaza.

Richmond Plaza should be have somthing like this.:
E43 1st Due
E75 2nd Due
E42 3rd Due
L59 1st Due
L33 2nd Due
L44, 49, E92 not sure about. Maybe on the 2nd.
Lad 42 was acting 44.

I heard on a 1010 WINS news report that somebody was complaining that they didn't have a Tower Ladder early at this fire.
