That's the artist's rendering of the proposed R2 new quarters. The second bay is probably to accomodate R2's collapse rig and maybe R.A.C. 2 as well. The design is similar to R3's quarters, which houses Collapse Rescue 3 and R.A.C. 3.

Didn't know R2 had a collapse rig. Is it new, or being moved from E280/L132?
