Is this building still owned by the city? With the increase on population in Williamsburg/Greenpoint additional companies should be opened and/or reactivated.

I know the building is in bad shape as per The People's Firehouse organization. 212 should be deactivated but per the city it won't be.

March 2017 status: community group needed $250K to get property transferred from city and be eligible for city and state aid
