3/22/18 Manhattan 5th Alarm 10-66 (LODD) Box 1638

Address: 773 St. Nicholas Ave. off West 149th St.

Fire throughout a 5 story 15x40 brownstone.

B-16: 10-75 - All Hands, fire in the basement, we need an extra E&T. (E-37 & L-30) - 22:55

TL-23 FAST

B-16: 2 L/S, we believe it's a basement fire, we are still searching. - 22:56

B-16: Make this a 2nd Alarm. - 23:00

D-6: Transmit a 3rd Alarm. - 23:20

Staging: St. Nicholas Ave. at West 147th St.

B-12: We activated the FAST truck. send us an additional FAST truck along with 2 additional trucks. (L-17F, L-14 & L-29) - 23:30

B-12: Transmit a 10-66 - We have a missing member, the FAST Truck has yet to find him. - 23:34

Car 3: Have R-4 respond also. - 23:40

B-12: We found the missing member, in the process of being transported. - 23:43

FC: All members being removed from the building. - 23:44

FC: Assign a BC to go to the hospital. (B-19) - 23:48

FC: Per Car 10, all members are out of the building, roll call being conducted. - 23:54

FC: Roll call has been completed, all members are accounted for. - 00:11

FC: Per Car 6, special call a MCC. (E-233 w/ MCC-1) - 00:35

FC: Per Car 10, 2 TL's in operation, 1 in the front of the fire building & 1 in the rear, 1 multiversal in operation on the roof of exposure 2, fire is darkening down. DWH - 00:47

FC: Per Car 10, 3 TL's in operation, we have 4 sectors set up, the staging area will be changed to West 149th St. & Amsterdam Ave. and transmit the 5th Alarm, the 2 trucks should be TL's. - 01:15

FC: Special call 1 additional BC. (B-9) - 01:41

FC: Per Car 11, 2 TL's in operation, we still have a light smoke condition, PWH - 01:51

FC: Special call 2 additional trucks. (TL-35 & L-24) - 02:07

FC: Per Car 11, AVFKD, there's been a partial collapse on the top 3 floors of the fire building. Under Control. - 02:31
