What are the Borough Command assets?

What are the Borough Command assets? What do the Borough command have i.e equipment and vehicles? What is their purpose?

It is a command level.  It allows one staff chief to supervise one borough.  In events of large scale emergency's, each borough commander can oversee his own borough and make decisions on staffing, etc as needed.
Day in/day out agiain one staff chief overseeing one borough administratvly.  Not bring much to the table assest wise besides a few vans.

Maybe one Day each boro will have there own command vehicle

Depends what you mean by command vehicle.  Each boro commander has assigned vehicle.  If you mean a large command vehicle like PD uses, we have 2 plus the planning vehicle.  They are only used for complex operations that are going to go on for days.  Even a job like to 5th in Queens, units are rotated out.  Chiefs can set up Command Post tent to get out of rain.  Not to many are going to go into a van at ops in progress.  If really needed to, could go into the Field Comm unit.
