( FDNY BIX 779 - BROOKLYN )  -  FDNY BATTLING A MAJOR 5TH ALARM FIRE IN A COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT ON VERNON AVENUE IN THE WILLIAMSBURG AREA OF BROOKLYN IN NEW YORK CITY.

If I'm not mistaken , he was the only person to be both COD & Commissioner at the same time.
