The FDRs weight restrictions were lifted so they weren't needed anymore

I think the Belt Pkwy bridge replacements are complete now too.  That's why 159 & 170 have their HWY units.  TL's too heavy for the old Gerritsen, Mill Basin, Paedergat and Fresh Creek Bridges.
