B 35 requests 10-75-206 for active fire in a gas leak at a construction site: Kent Avenue and Broadway.

Relocations: E 271/221, E 214/216, E 280/230, L 11/108.


Could be: E 221, 211, 216  L 104, 119  B 35  L 108 FT,  SQ252, R 2, D 11, E 230

B 35 reports 3 10-45 code 4s.

D 11 reports a utility crew hit a 12 inch gas main, active fire continues, one l/s standing by.

@1152: D 11: going pwh, releasing squad and rescue.

@1215: D 11: as per EMS, the three 10-45s are all code 4, being transferred to Cornell Burn Center.

@1232: D 11: have National Grid on scene trying isolate the leak, holding all companies, OEM and ConEd are on the scene.

@1252: D 11: incident under control, will be an extended operation, B 35 will remain with one engine and one truck.

@1410: B 35: s/c two engines, one truck, and one battalion for relief: E 7, 205, L 102 and B 31 s/c.
