Anyone know what's going on?  We are getting crawlers saying we need to do a re-scan on 08/01 at 1:pm???

I'm thinking that you mean "crawlers" on the TV. I do know that here in N/E Pa., effective 8/1, there are going to be changes with channels and anyone still using antennas will have to do a scan of some sort. I didn't pay too much attention to it but I did see reference to the FCC contained in the message.
