City Breaks Ground on New Rescue 3 Qtrs

Word is that Ground has been broken on the new Rescue 3 Firehouse.
It will  be going next to EMS Station 18 on Washington Ave

Proposed Cost: $14.8Mil

Architects are: POLSHEK AND PARTNERS LLP
Construction Mang. LIRO PROGRAM AND CONSTR. MGNT. PC

No. Looked around for them but couldn't find anything.
Just a note.  The EMS Bays open into the current lot not the street.  So It will be interesting to see how it;s designed.  Facing the street or facing EMS.

 it should be at least 3 bays one for rescue,one for the rac and for the collapse rig since it usually took them a good ten minutes to back the collapse rig after they put the rac behind it.

Looks like 2 bays with the EMS bays still facing the lot.  Pretty fancy looking house.

Looks like the plans have changed.  If you read a description in the first post it talks about a three story station, 18 foot ceilings for the truck bays and 10 foot ceilings for the second and third floors.  Looking at the architects renditions, they only show one story above the truck bay.  It also looks like there's a third door (colored gray) to the right of the two red ones.
