My modem crashed Tuesday which put me OOS. AT&T has no idea of customer service. But then again customer service today is a oxymoron, like happily married (hope my wife doesn't see this) military intelligence (apologies to raybrag). Now I am back in service.

Apology not necessary, Grump.   It takes a veteran to know how much of an oxymoron "Military Intelligence" REALLY is. But of course, it was all of those OTHER GI's who caused it . . . and not ME.   ::) ::) 8) :o :o
