As soon as you use up all of your accrued sick and vacation time you are on the way to being off the payroll. You may, I stress may, get an advancement of S/L time, however slight. Any individual EMS members who have accrued sick time on the books (don't remember the threshold of over what amount) can donate some of their time to the affected member.
