Not sure but definitely could be. They’re first due quartered down the block with 160 and Rescue.

Yes, on my street but it wasn't exactly "down the block". It's actually 2 blocks south of E160/R5. I saw and heard them going past my house and was wondering where they were going since Oder Ave. ends in a dead end right after Hay St. The only time they run past my house is when they're having difficulty trying to turn left on Clove Rd. to go south on Richmond Rd.  ;)

How does it work in this instance? Does R5 and D8 go on the initial or do they wait for the all hands?

Rescue 5 followed E160 just like a 1st due truck would've done on the initial box. ;)
