16:39 B 46 requests power off Track 3 westbound, and a Rescue train to come in on Track 1
16:42 QD informs B 46 that power has been shut off on Track 3 from Woodside to Jamaica
16:45 QD: LIRR has also removed power to Track 1
16:47 QD: LIRR requests that you (B 46) coordinate with LIRR personnel on scene so that power can be restored on Track 1 ASAP
16:57 QD to B 46: Are all FDNY members off the tracks? B 46: All members are off the tracks and the incident has been turned over to the MTA
