    3/21/24 Brooklyn Brush Box 3063

I’m assuming this didn’t initially come out as a brush? Otherwise, why did 321 not take it with em when they left? That seems like common sense

Fleet Friday FDNY SPECIAL UNIT COMPARTMENTS

Sorta feel like HMB would’ve benefited a little more than the RB. Also, 2 to CTU? 1 as a spare possibly? Or did they sack the van

Who responds on a medical branch call ??? In route etc.

Near impossible with only one medic? 😂 Unless FDNY EMS is Critical Care Licensed, then that’s an invalid statement. And even if they were, Adenosine is a poor example for your argument.

Who responds on a medical branch call ??? In route etc.

Ok, say you’re right and the supervisors do ALS interventions on scene. In most states if that happens they then have to ride in with the BLS unit. What then? Just hard for me to believe that a true “active shooter event”doesn’t get even a single ALS unit

Who responds on a medical branch call ??? In route etc.

Certainly don’t understand how ALS is not assigned to some of those

    2/22/24 Bronx Trauma Box 2107

Guess that’s the difference in NYC and Alabama. We’d generally handle that with an engine (maybe 2), a rescue and chief 🤷🏼‍♂️. But, the more the merrier I suppose. But like I said, seems a bit much.

    2/22/24 Bronx Trauma Box 2107

Minor technical seems like a tad overkill for that

    2/19/24 Queens 3rd Alarm Box 4209

    Trio? I’m missing something….DWU, Tac and ______?
  20. B

2/19/2024 Manhattan All Hands Box 0585

Interesting. Doesn’t seem like that would be a division level thing. Seems like SOPs should be SOPs across the board. But what do I know 🤷🏼‍♂️
