I believe BOX 8894 was used

E-43 reported that E-68 & L-49 were on the scene and had the Hurst Tool in operation

BN-26,R-3,SQ-41 also responded

BN-26 we have a 1 car accident, 2 Hurst Tools in operation,2 people transported by EMS. We don't know at this time how many more victims are in the auto.
