Yes a nice WNYF article by DV*14 DC Artie Sowinski RIP on that Fire titled  as far as a "New NFP MD"....a few more Fires in the same bldg thru the years....the bldg is readily visible while travelling East on the Long Island Expwy on your right hand side just before the Queens Blvd exit.
