CIDS for this address requests 3&3 response due to duplex apts. having access from Sedgwick Ave &W231st. 3rd engine & 3rd ladder respond to that location.
 
Was this the same bldg where the wife and two kids were killed in an early morning fire right around Thanksgiving about 10 years ago?  I believe E81 had to stretch up the city stairs to get to the fire apt.

That was next door @3034 Kingsbridge Terr.

A very vivid memory- the mother was in the front with EMS- skin hanging off of her everywhere.  Much later in the fire a brother from TL33 carried out one of the kids. Terrible.
