Yes, Sir. I couldn't 'get  my mind around it' either. I din't put it up until after the 3rd time i heard it.

It was kinda' busy in Div.8, Brooklyn, so relocaters were scarce. Sort of makes sense, 81 is next to The Bridge, so... .  ;)

  There's one hell of a long distance for the next truck into L81's 1st due response area to the south and west.
