usually a piece of the plaster ceiling falls down, someone goes and lays down, rubs some plaster dust on themself, 911 is called....... you get there, of course they are moaning in pain, "I knew this was going to happen, I told the super"........ I am going to sue is eventually  uttered. The fakers are pretty obvious.
