On further review with the relocations maybe TL 84 made the Box - the Dispatcher said they added TL87 - on the other hand BC23 referred to TL87 as the second due Truck - so I don't know

  Sometimes relocations are made to companies that didn't respond but were OOS for other reasons only (training, PM, Medicals, etc.) because the area is stripped of fire protection.
