Around 1400 hrs  BN*18 had a worker stuck in waist high dirt @ a construction site on Southern Blvd around 175 St....majority of the matrix was returned when the worker was extricated...only heard some of the transmisions ...no further info at this time.

Box 2949: Southern Blvd. and W. 176th St. Address was 1829 Southern Blvd.

Battalion 18 requested a ConEd Vacuum Truck to the scene. All companies not 10-84 went 10-8 once worker was freed.
