  Are you sure it was TL21? ??? Maybe TL22, which would make a lot more sense.

TL 21 did respond in on the box, i was listening in on The Bravest.

div3 asked for add eng and add lad  engine 23 and ladder21 ack and was told to report in front of the fire bld on the AIR

I'm out of work for the next week or so, but I have a theory. I would guess that 21 was relocating somewhere, and was directed into the box. Yes, that is a bit of a haul from quarters, but like I say at work all the time, stranger things have happened.

My guess would be TL-21 was relocating to TL-13.
