B 9 reporting that the scaffold has not been secured sufficiently to the building. B 9 is holding all units and attempting to better secure the scaffold.
B 9 now reporting that the scaffold has been secured to the building. Twp window washers were working on a 48 story building. Units have removed both workers from the scaffold.
