Battalion 1 requests a 2nd Alarm @ 0246 - Fire in the basement of a 4 story 25x75 occupied multiple dwelling, difficulties gaining access into the basement.

Fieldcom 1 : Progress report 3 for the 3rd alarm Box 78, 28 Cliff Street. Car 4G reports all members were pulled from the fire building & a roll call was completed, all members accounted for. A tower ladder knocked down the fire in the rear setback, members are re-entering the fire building, have the 2 truck companies report to the command post & the fire is still doubtful will hold.
