BC12 – 2 Story office building, 70’ x 200’, heavy smoke 1st floor, placing All Hands in service @14:51

BC12 – Get me an extra 2&2 @16:10

BC12 – Get me the 2nd Alarm @16:30

BC12 – Fire under control @17:23

Somehow they shorted them an engine on the 2nd alarm. Philly gets 5 engines on the 2nd but they already had 2 engines on special call over the normal box assignment. I'm surprised no one in charge didn't even notice this. (Chief this wasn't your fault on the rundown. I was listening to the job and I noticed it right away.) This started out as a basement job.

I thought maybe E34 that brought the Air Unit counted towards the 5.
 
No they wouldn't count towards firefighting unless pressed into that duty by the I.C. btw,,theres a good pizza place in the same shopping center. Every so often I would stop and pick up a pie to take home.
