All incidents in the Transit System no longer use the street box......they use a box number assigned by Transit.....it is strange idea but like alot of other things we just go along w/it...each boro uses box numbers other than those normally found in that boro hence the QNs sounding box # at this  BKLYN incident .......Transit locations around Elmhurst ...Jackson Heights..Corona use box numbers in the 400 series rather than 7000 series like the street boxes........the new numbers are coded into the TA designations but only make for confusion for relocaters & covering Chaufs & or Officers since the route cards do not correspond.....IF the Job made an AKA w/the original street box number on the ticket it would help but this has not happened so far.
