Battalion 46 reports a manhole fire outside the address 94-11 59 Ave, have CO readings in the building and possible fire in the meter room.  Notify ConEd to respond.

MD 7 story 150x200 class 3.  Membrane roof.  Tranverse stairs.  Long H-shaped hallways.  Long hose stretch.  Minimum 5 lengths to reach lobby stairs.  Minimum 3 and 2 response.

Division 14: Box 9205, we had a small fire with small explosion in the electrical box in the basement, no extension.  We have 1 precautionary line stretched, all fire has been extinguished.  We are evacuacting all of the "D" line apartments, floors 1 through 7, monitoring CO levels.  Using All-Hands, fire is Doubtful.
