Don't have any details on a fourth alarm at box 1085:  address is 57 Lincoln Road, near Washington Avenue.

Box assignment would normally be: Engines 249, 280, 248  Ladders 113, 132  Batt. 41  Eng. 280 not available; replaced with Engine 240.

Relocations: Batt. 42 to Batt. 41, Engine 206 to Engine 234, Engine 303 to Engine 310, Engine 254 to Engine 281, Engine 225 to Engine 248.

T/L 157  involved in an accident at Bedford Avenue and Clarendon Road while responding to the fire.

@1840: Field Comm requested two additional battalions s/c above the 4th alarm.  Batt. 44 and Batt. 37 s/c.

@1845: 55-1085:  Fifth Alarm transmitted.

Engines 280 (original), 250, 231, 217.

@1848: Field Comm: s/c additional truck.  Ladder 110 s/c as fast truck.

@1851: Engine 262 and the IMT are responding to the fifth alarm.

@1902: Ladder 109 relocating to Ladder 122, Batt. 50 relocating to Batt. 44, Engine 293 relocating to Engine 280,  Engine 321 relocating to Engine 283.

@1907: FDNY Fuel truck is 10-84 at the 5th alarm; Engine 319 relocating to Engine 271.

@1910: Field Comm reports fire building is a 6 brick 100 x 100 H-type OMD.  Five handlines operating in the interior, two handlines operating on the roof.  Fire is the B-wing, no fire in the A-wing, fire is still doubtful.  Fire duration one hour fifteen minutes.

@1913: Field Comm: By order of Assistant Chief Pfeiffer, special call three additional engines.  Engines 282, 230, and 222 s/c.  They are to report in to Batt. 10 at the staging area at Flatbush Avenue and Lincoln Road.

@1916: Batt 4 acting Batt. 38 s/c.  Replacing Batt. 38 as the Safety Officer.

@1917: Car 1E is 10-84.

@1919: Field Comm: s/c two additional ladder companies.  Ladders 102 and 131 s/c.

@1927: Batt. 58 relocating to Batt. 41 as Batt. 42 acting Batt. 41 is checking on a member at Downstate Medical Center and will be tied up for a while.

@1930: Field Comm: s/c two additional trucks; Ladder 176 and Ladder 114 s/c.

@1931: Notification to Field Comm: there has been a redeployment of companies to the quarters of Engine 207: Engines 55,16, 35, 47  Ladders 40, 16  Batt. 6 all responding to the quarters of Engine 207.

@1933: Engine 289 relocating to Engine 222; Ladder 8 relocating to Ladder 102.

@1943: Field Comm: Assistant Chief Pfeiffer transmits a sixth alarm- balance will be only one engine, continuing to use five handlines plus two handlines on the roof, fire is probably will hold.  Fire duration one hour 49 minutes.

@1943: Engine 47 relocating to Engine 249, Ladder 16 relocating to Ladder 123, Ladder 10 relocating to Ladder 109.

How long has Pfeiffer been am Assistant? Last I heard he was doing some sort of terrorism awareness research for the department. Glad to see him move up in the ranks, he's a very nice guy.
