[0148] MD: Phone alarm box 1130, in the east river in the vicinity of east 83rd street for a person in the water

[0149] MD: Manhattan to Battalion 10, Ladder 16 is your water rescue unit, it’s reported to be off Carl Schurz park might be as far up as about 87th street. Just waiting on direction of tide from the marine units.

[0228] B10: 1130 We used 39 Engine, 16 Truck and Rescue 1. 1 victim was extricated from the water being transported to H14 by EMS. All operations are complete. Make this a 10-46 Code 2.
