Report from an eyewitness that a person removed his clothes and went for a swim in the water. Person did not return to place where his clothes are.

Two divers from Rescue 3 are in the water searching. Rescue 4 is on scene and is also putting divers in the water

This was at the end of soundview avenue in the clason point section of soundview just a quarter mile from E96/L54's Quarters , They were first due. Units I Saw " Engines 96 , 64 , & Squad 61. Ladders 54 , 47 , 48 , & 50. Rescue 3 , 4 & Tac 1, Haztac Ems , Rescue Medics , NYPB EMS & Battalion 3 , NYPD Esu 3 & Aviation & Marine Units
