Chiefs ordered firefighters watching the game to relocate, only for them to find their quarters permanently closed upon arrival back.
This took place during Mayor Koch term who passed away in Feb 2013.
Most of us who were around during that time will never forget how that happened.
Later there was mass protest across the Brooklyn Bridge by helmeted FDNY members.
