Any info on a Staten Island job?

Yesterday, 6/10/16 I was driving over the Goethals bridge heading towards S.I. approx 8pm and I noticed a large dark cloud of smoke over what I thought was the Todt Hill area. Assuming there was a JOB in the borough I became surprised to see R5 in quarters as I continued on the S.I. Xpwy. I then came to this site and noticed no postings. Anyone have an answer?
 
That was the Flag Retirement Ceremony at Camp Pouch. It happens every year around this time. We retired over 24,000 american flags
 
I believe E163 was on scene and notified dispatch that the burn was in progress
