UNUSUAL OCCURRENCE
FLOATING HAUNTED HOUSE SINKING ON LAKE MICHIGAN
NAVY PIER
600 E. GRAND AVE.
CHICAGO, IL

COMPANIES ON ARRIVAL REPORT THE BARGE WITH THE  HAUNTED HOUSE IS SINKING.

NO REPORTED INJURIES. IT'S UNKNOWN EXACTLY WHAT C.F.D. DID DURING THE INCIDENT.

We have had winds in excess of 45MPH today, with waves of at least 20 feet on Lake Michigan. A large portion of northbound Lake Shore Drive has been closed for many hours due to the waves crashing on the roadway.

E42/T3, B1 ...maybe: E2? (Fireboat)
Apparently first due E13/T6 were unavailable at the time. I have no idea if any other companies responded. This is all the info. I have.

Too bad there are no photos/video of the incident that I have seen so far.

I think all companies were on the street, 42 was closer RTQ so they were send back. 42 is a straight shot down Illinois St, 13/6 trying to get down Michigan Ave with all the traffic diverted from LSD would have been a hassle.
