FDNY FRONTPIECE/ SHIELD

Can anyone provide the exact model number for the leather helmet frontpiece used by FDNY?  They list several models as "FDNY" (both Paul Conway and Cairns) and I want to replace the helmet given to me as a gift from the FDNY while here in New Orleans during Katrina. Just want it to be the same as I had; authentic FDNY, it had great sentimental value and was one of the only possessions I had left after Katrina, save for a change of clothes and 4 generations of NOFD helmets in my family.
 
Thank you; they sell for insane amounts on ebay.  I would like to replace a dry rotted one that I inherited.
