1235hrs- Fire in a 3-frame flat roof MD with attached exposures.

1237hrs- 2nd Alarm

1248hrs- Tower Ladder and Ladder pipe setting up in front. Heavy fire 2nd floor and rear.

1300hrs- Co's being removed from the building.

1301hrs- 3rd Alarm transmitted, fire into exposure B and C.

1302hrs- 4th Alarm transmitted.

1310hrs- Fire through the roof of original fire building.

40 Boyd Ave. between Kennedy Blvd. and Bergen Ave.(About a block away from the former quarters of Engine 17/Ladder 11). Heavy fire throughout multiple 2-story wood-frame flat-roofed M/D's w/exposure problems. Companies using defensive ops.
