Looking Back - Train Derailment

Judging by the way men are dressed I believe it's a little more recent than 1919, maybe 1930's to '40's. Also the street looks narrower than 3rd Ave. and some of the buildings are cast iron faced commercial like in lower Manhattan. ;)

Yeah, I'd say '30's to '40's myself. It reminds me of that scene in King Kong when he derails the el train.
