It is with Great Sadness that i have learned of the Death of Lou Angeli who passed away Saturday morning (14th Dec) after a illness with his Dad by his side.
In Lou's distinguished career he was Editor of the IFPA (International Fire Photographers Association) Journal up to present, Videographer to many Emergency Service Programmes, Cinematographer on Backdraft as well as being a Pro with the camera in the Fire Buff World.
Lou covered many Natural Disasters both at home in the US & Around the World. He also spent time at Ground Zero following the attacks on New York in 2001 where he lost 2 family members ( FF Joe Angelini Sr. Rescue 1 & FF Joe Angelini Jr. Ladder 4)
To Lou's Family & MANY Friends i send Condolences from Ireland.
