The Manhasset-Lakeville VFD as alerted to a reported car fire in the South Strathmore section of #manhasset. DC Antonelli (8704) was the first to respond and was advised that the @nassaucountypd was on scene reporting an active vehicle fire inside of an attached garage with the house filling with smoke. With this information DC8704 upgraded the alarm to all #mlfd companies and DC8705 added the @port_washington_fire_dept for a FAST Team. Upon arrival Q8728 stretched one line to extinguish the fire while other crews checked the home for extension. Text and photos courtesy Manhasset-Lakeville VFD.
