11:23 Phone alarm 259 Sherbrooke Drive

Initial assignment:
BN1, E005, E009, E010, EMS2, L009, M008, TWR06, M007, RSC2, SAF3

11:30 L9 on scene, heavy smoke, search and fire attack underway.
Working Fire.

On working fire, additional assignment: BN2, E006, E008, M003
E5 assuming command.

L9 entering par 3.

Conditions pretty clear on the second floor.

Command requesting TWR6 to take attic ladder to L9.

RSC2 entering par 4, search and rescue.

Command asking RSC2 for primary search on first floor.

E10 hooking up 5 inch to E5.

SAF3 conducting 360.

RSC2 advising hoarder conditions on first floor.

RSC2 advising primary search on first floor complete, negative

Conducting secondary on second floor.

Need more pressure on the line, fire in the attic.

TWR6 requesting Command to have a second line pulled.

BTN1 assuming command from E5.

Will need second line through the front door.

Vertical vent on the roof, believes bulk of the fire is knocked down. Command requesting E6 to go to the roof.

Gas secured.

Real heavy heat signatures on the delta side top of the roof, more than smoke behind it.

Zero visibility up there, should be "golden" once the vent is complete.

Second line going in par 4.

Fire appears under control, will need resources to pull all the insulation, can see up there now with the vent complete.

Requesting Fire Marshal's Office to respond.

MAR03, 04 responding.

Requesting Virginia Natural Gas and Dominion Power, 30 ETA VNG 20-30 ETA for Dominion.
