Photographs needed

Hey all, my name is Daniel Urgo E-218. I’ve been there 18 years now. Some of you might know my father Bobby Urgo. He did 31 years also at E-218. Our firehouse on Hart Street was recently Renovated top to bottom. I am searching high and low for old photographs of Bushwick companies operating throughout the decades to make a giant picture board. It’s a shot in the dark but If anyone has any such photos laying around and i could make copies of them or if you can email them to me, it would be very much appreciated. i know that a photographer named Alex Donchin was in the neighborhood taking shots for 30 years and had a dark room in the basement of E-230 but i cant seem to really find much of his work. Maybe going to the FDNY library would be my best bet??? Anyways, thank you everybody for your time hope you all are enjoying summer!!

FDNY BOOKS

FF Paul Hashagen, R*1 (ret.) has written a new book highlighting the inception and the first decade of Rescue 1. I just received mine, but unfortunately I have quite the reading list until I can get to it. Nevertheless I'm very excited for this newest edition...
