Description: Fire in a large 2.5 story frame dwelling

2158hrs- Station 43 Point Pleasant Beach, 42 Point Pleasant Boro for the structure fire.

2159hrs- PD on scene confirm working fire, Car 4300 req. South Wall FAST

2200hrs- 4300 on location with heavy fire showing B-side, 2nd floor and rpts possible entrapment.

2202hrs- 4300 req. M/A Ladder from Point Peasant Boro and an Engine.

2203hrs- 4310 on location.

2205hrs- 4305 arriving, CMD req. set up in front and force entry, rpts heavy fire top floor.

2210hrs- CMD req, 2nd engine to hit a hydrant on Arnold Ave and feed 4201. Co's have dead hydrant in front of the fire building.

2212hrs- E-4211 on location, CMD req. set up across the street in the lot to draft from the lake and feed the tower ladder 4305.

2213hrs- Interior rpts (1) line going to the 3rd floor. No water source yet, using tank water.

2217hrs- Positive water supply established. (1) LSO from 2nd floor stairwell, 2nd line being stretched. 4305 opening up.

2200hrs- M/A Station 14 for cover.

2222hrs- Interior rpts (2) LSO, co's opening ceilings.

2226hrs- CMD removing all members from the building. Fire through the roof A and B sides.

2230hrs- Roll call being conducted.

2232hrs- CMD transmitting 2nd Alarm.

2233hrs- (1) Tower Ladder in operation.

2235hrs- CMD rpts live wire on ground on B side. Co's re-entering the building.
