Good news: According to CNN: The man who held four firefighters hostage at a home in an Atlanta suburb is dead, police said.


One officer suffered a gunshot wound that was not life threatening, and firefighters had superficial injuries from an explosion used to distract the suspect, Gwinnett County police spokesman Ed Ritter said.
