1428hrs- E-303 on location with smoke in the area, likely a structure fire, attempting to locate.
1429hrs- Fire Control rgetting calls for Lincoln Terr.
1430hrs- E-303 with a 10-29 (Structure Fire) 33 Lincoln Terr. B-1 responding, B-2 responding as Safety. E-308, 309 became available.

1442hrs- B-1 req. EMS for an occupant.
1448hrs- Rpts of occupants in the basement apartment.
1455hrs- B-1 removing all members from the roof.
1457hrs- All members being removed from the building.
1500hrs- Car 4 transmitting 3rd Alarm. Setting up the Tower Ladder in front. Heavy fire Exposure 3 and 4 sides.
3rd Alarm: E-307, 313; L-74
1510hrs- Tower Ladder 71 and Ladder 72 in operation in front. Setting up exposure lines on the Exposure 4 side.
1515hrs- Companies to relay water from Warburton Ave to E-307 on the aqueduct and tke lines through the woods to the rear Exposure 4.
1520hrs- Engine co. bringing water from North Broadway from the rear of 397 North Broadway.
1535hrs- Collapse of the facade. Sections of the roof have already collapsed into the top floor. Setting up lines in the rear.
